This Elixir recipe from Harmonic Arts is perfect for a boost of energy, without the crash from a cup of coffee. For this recipe, you are going to want to use the Matcha Mind Elixir from Harmonic Arts, as well as their Sea Breeze Artisan Tea.

Matcha Mind features Moringa, Matcha, Green Tea Pollen, Mucuna and Lion's Mane to nourish the nervous system and support your cognitive function, all while giving you that pick-me-up that you are looking for. Sea Breeze Tea contains a wide variety of herbs such as Spearmint Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Lemon Balm Leaf, Mugwort, Cedar Tips, Horsetail and Bull Kelp- giving a refreshing flavour of the BC rainforest and awakening your senses with herbaceous, minty notes. Combining these products crafts the ultimate superfood matcha that you can thoroughly enjoy all while giving your body the nurture and support it craves.

Matcha Mint Tea

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Harmonic Arts Seabreeze Tea
  • 1 Tsp Harmonic Arts Matcha Mind Elixir
  • Raw Honey, To Taste
  • 1 Tsp Coconut Oil
  • Handful Of Mint Leaves (Optional)
Instructions:
  • Steep 1 tbsp of the sea breeze tea or simmer on the stove for 5-10 minutes.
  • Strain, then whisk 1 tsp of the Matcha Mind Elixir into the tea, along with some coconut oil, or blend in a blender until frothy.
  • Add your honey to sweeten to your liking, and voila! Enjoy.


Matcha Mind Hummus

If you are a lover of all things hummus and dips, this recipe needs to be put on the top of your list! Containing all of the same superfood ingredients listed above in the Matcha Mind, this hummus recipe is jam packed with nutritious goodness and a fresh lemony garlic flavour.

Ingredients:
  • 3 Cups of peeled chickpeas (cooked or canned)
  • 3 Tbsp of Tahini
  • 1/4 Cup warm water
  • 1 Clove garlic, or more if you're a garlic lover!
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 Tsp of Himalayan pink sea salt (or salt of choice)
  • 1/4 Tsp ground Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Harmonic Arts Matcha Mind Powder
Instructions:
  • In your food processor, add your chickpeas and pulse until they break down into a finer texture.
  • Add remaining ingredients and process until the hummus is smooth.
  • Give it a taste test and adjust to your preference.
  • Add the Matcha Mind powder and blend until all blended in.
  • Drizzle with your oil of preference and serve with baked pita crisps or veggies.
