Mama Bird Master Blend
- 2 drops Ginger
- 1 drop Jasmine
Ginger is here to protect, while Jasmine will open your heart. Trust in your self and allow this blend to push you forward, like a loving mama bird encouraging you from the nest; allow it to help you find the courage to do whatever it is you need to do in an ever so loving and supportive way.
Use this blend in the diffuser, for massage (3 drops for every 3 ml of carrier oil) or, our favourite option:
Bath Salts
(good for two baths)
- In a non-reactive bowl, mix up your essential oils: 4 drops Ginger + 2 drops Jasmine
- Add 1 tablespoon carrier oil and mix together
- Gradually sprinkle in 1 cup of our bath salt blend (sea salt, Epsom salts, baking soda and pink Himalayan salts). Sprinkle in a little bit of the salt blend, then mix, sprinkle in some more, and mix, continue until all is mixed in; this ensures that the essential oils are evenly dispersed throughout the mixture.
- (Optional) Sprinkle in botanicals of your choice. How lovely would rose petals or lavender buds be!?
