Coriander essential oil is produced from the seeds of the cilantro plant. These seeds have been consumed for thousands of years and produce one of the most widely known flavours across the world. Coriander seeds are used in the flavouring of Chartreuse and Benedictine liqueurs.
Coriander is known to assist with digestive issues, flatulence, mental fatigue and stomach cramps. It may be antispasmodic and sedative, and is known to be quite relaxing. Emotionally, coriander can be calming and uplifting.

Another very nice oil. Has almost a slight citrus smell. Have only used it in my diffuser so far but would like to find some good recipes for a stomach rub. will purchase again.
