Siberian Fir has a clean but somewhat smoky scent, with a pleasant touch of leaves and earth. Siberian Fir benefits those suffering from asthmatic bronchitis, asthma, cough, fever, cold and flu, sinusitis, rheumatism and arthritis with potential to assist with urinary infections as well. It may also serve as an adequate immune stimulant when needed and is an excellent stress reducer.

Recommended Uses

Siberian fir is a known analgesic (pain reliever), expectorant (lung decongestant) and may be used to help relieve sinusitis, bronchitis, coughs, rheumatism, muscular aches and pains, anxiety and tension caused by stress.

Siberian fir is a middle/top note. Its scent is fresh, dry and woody, with a peppery back note.

Contraindications / Safety

Do not use if the essential oil has oxidized. We recommend using this essential oil within 6 months after opening. May cause skin irritation in high concentrations. Not recommended for use on sensitive skin.
