Happy Mumma

Growing a baby takes a lot of energy! We respect the work and dedication that the journey of motherhood requires. Despite the fact that you’re supposed to keep your stress levels low, your hormones (and emotions) are jumping all over the place!

This blend is for the mommas out there, to diffuse before, during and after labour. It may also be used topically (diluted!) in the birthing process via perineal massage or on the lower back to help mitigate discomfort. Jasmine and Frankincense provide you with pain relief and anti-inflammatory benefits, and Clary Sage acts as a tonic for the uterus, aiding in the birthing process.

The essential oils in this synergy are emotionally supportive and help to alleviate feelings of stress/anxiety. Jasmine Sambac is at the heart of this blend, inciting bliss and joy, Frankincense Carterii helps to smooth out rough emotions and ground excess nervous energies. Lavender, Clary Sage and Ylang Ylang balance and calm our nervous system, while Rose Otto nurtures your confidence and bolsters courage. We love recommending this blend for post-partum support as well, perhaps in the diffuser (a drop or two) or as a pillow mist.

Don’t worry, you’ve got this, and we’ve got you.

Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender)*, Salvia sclarea (Clary Sage)*, Boswellia carterii (Frankincense)*, Jasmine grandiflorum (Jasmine)*, Rosa damscena (Rose)*, Cananga odorata (Ylang ylang)

Labour support and peace in general

When I purchased this originally it had a blue peas in pod label, which left me searching for it for a while after I had run out. So glad I was able to put two and two together. I used it for my first home birth, and diffusing it while practicing breathing was a joy prenatally. Smelling it come labor helped me get right back to that joy and those breathing practices. It is also the scent I diffused most often during my postpartum period. I love all the benefits of offered, but most importantly the aroma resonated with me at that time. I still enjoy it now, just not as frequently.
