Fennel Seed - Stimulates digestion, reduces headaches and eases respiratory issues.

Marshmallow - Soothes digestion and respiratory inflammation.

Licorice Root - Soothes the lining of the stomach, helps the respiratory system keep clean and clear, calms the body's stress response.

Slippery Elm Bark - Helpful for coughs, sore throat, and supports overall digestive ease.

How To Make

Hot water is poured over herbs and allowed to steep for 10-20 mins. Strain and serve. Strength is determined by the amount of herb used, typically 1-2 tsp per 500ml of water. Can also be left to steep overnight for a cold infusion which enhances Marshmallow's coating effect.
