For pain associated with headaches. Also excellent for digestive upset.
An anti-spasmodic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and balancing blend. Most effective in the early stages of a headache. Put one or two drops at the base of the skull and at the temples. If possible, and recommended: cover the eyes and lie down quietly for 15-20 minutes breathing deeply. This blend is effective used in a small aromatic inhaler.
