Headache Aromatic Roll On

Headache was designed to deliver relief directly to the areas where it's needed in order to soothe and balance discomfort. We hope that you will begin to feel relief almost immediately, and that the wonderful scent of aromatic oils will magnify this blend's soothing effects.

When you feel a headache coming on, take a moment to sit, close your eyes and focus your attention on where the pain is located. After you bring awareness to where the headache is coming from, roll on Headache directly to those areas. Apply to the temples and forehead as well as under the nose. For sinus headaches, apply to the cheek and nose areas.

Directions

Most effective in the early stages of a headache. Roll on to the base of the skull and temples. If possible, cover the eyes and lie down quietly for 15-20 minutes, breathing deeply.
