This delicate and light oil is often described as the “vanishing” oil, making it a superb choice for skin care application involving aging concerns, scarring, and general health and wellness of the skin. Macadamia nut oil is akin to our very own sebum — it is high in palmitoleic acid (an acid that naturally diminishes as we age), making it wonderful in anti-aging and skin care regimens. Macadamia is useful as a massage oil and is deeply penetrating, offering a quick delivery of the essential oils used.
