To Cook Sous Vide:
Fill a large pot with water and turn burner to medium-low. Heat water to desired temperature. Lock food in your Stasher Reusable bag and place in heated water to cook vegetables or steak to perfection!

Is my Stasher bag dishwasher safe? Totally. Use the upper rack for best results. Just don't flip the bag inside out, it can compromise the bag's sealed edges.
How do you clean the corners of the bag? We suggest filling the bag a 1/4th of the way with warm water and soap and giving it a nice shake. A little brush helps too.
