Sunflower oil is cold pressed from the seeds of the cheerfully bright sunflower. This oil is truly a wonder and an unsung hero amongst other carrier oils. Gentle enough for use around the eyes, sunflower oil is also perfect for babies and children. It performs well in cosmetic recipes due to its emollient and moisturizing properties and is an excellent choice for infusions. Sunflower oil truly does it all! We recommend using a combination of olive oil at 20%, sweet almond at 40% and sunflower at 40% for a gently hydrating and nourishing blend.
