Make your own Soothing and Cooling After Sun Spray!
With summer in full swing and blue skies all around, there are so many reasons to spend the day outside and under the sun! But of course, as the UV index goes up, so does the risk of damage to our skin. Even though there are many natural sunscreen options out there, including our lovely refillable Just Sun brand here at The Apothecary, sometimes after a long day soaking up those rays, your skin might need a little extra TLC.
That’s why we designed this simple and natural DIY After Sun Spray, which includes soothing yarrow and cooling peppermint hydrosols to both ease irritation and refresh! This recipe is designed to help heal and soothe sunburned and irritated skin, while also providing a relieving and cooling sensation.
