Workshop Policies

A NOTE ON SCENTS: Our classroom and our building are a highly scented environment. Because we've got plenty of our own scents already, please avoid perfume, cologne and any strong scents.

A NOTE ON FOOD: We are working with our hands in class and it's important not to mix food with fun! Please eat before class. You're welcome to bring water bottles and travel mugs with lids.

We always send a courtesy reminder email several days before your class, however we like to remind you that it is your responsibility to remember the date and time of the class in which you are enrolled!

Notice Required

• Cancellations of at least 7 days' notice are eligible to move to a future date, or receive a store credit or a full refund.
• Cancellations between 6 days - 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are eligible for a move to a future date, or receive a store credit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Note: If you become ill, or a personal issue comes up within 48 hours before the class, please feel free to send someone else in your place. Just let us know who is coming!
• Note: Illness happens and we get it. If you are sick and unable to attend, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your participation. Please do not come to class sick.

Not Enough Students

Workshops: If there are less than 6 people registered in a workshop, we reserve the right to cancel 24-48 hours before the scheduled date. It would then be your choice to receive a full refund, or transfer to another class.

Full Courses: If there are less than 10 people registered in a course, we reserve the right to cancel 7 days before the scheduled start date. It would then be your choice to receive a full refund, or transfer to another class.

Instructor Illness or Unforeseen Event

In the event the instructor becomes ill or an act of nature, your class may be canceled on the actual day of the class. We will contact you as soon as possible and will offer you the following options:

• transfer to a future date
• issue a store credit
• issue a full refund

Please look at each classes' description to determine the minimum age level for registration.
