Packaging Options

All of our refillable products have packaging options associated with them:

• DRY GOODS are packaged in a recyclable paper bag or a returnable mason jar (deposit required) for pick up orders, and a paper or high quality resealable bag (great for reuse) for shipping orders
• LIQUIDS are packaged in a returnable mason jar (deposit required)
  
• COSTS for returnable mason jars:
  
• $2.50 jar deposit on Masons 1L or less
  
• $5.00 jar deposit 1.8 L Masons
  
• You will see any returnable masons added as a separate line item in your cart

How Pick Up and Delivery Works

PICK UP

1. Order your refill in the increments available and choose your packaging.
2. Select local pickup at checkout + we will contact you when your order is ready.
3. Deposit Jars: When you're all finished with your refills, drop off your clean + empty deposit jars at the store and we will credit you back your deposit to your online account.

DELIVERY

1. Order your refill in the increments available and select your packaging.
2. Select delivery at checkout.
3. We'll fill your product into the correct size Mason jar, tag it and add it to your delivery order.
4. When you're all finished and need a refill, drop off your clean empties at the store or we'll pick them up on our next delivery and credit you back your deposit.
