About the Author

Roni Zaide became vegetarian on her 11th birthday. Years later she made the transition to a full vegan, plant-based lifestyle. Roni loves to share her passion for delicious, healthy eats through a variety of plant-based cooking classes, and together with her wonderful staff, they offer catering services for various events, to both individuals & businesses – from dinner parties and bridal showers to weddings and retreats.

Our excellent staff is hand-picked and works beautifully together to bring you a special cooking and dining experience. We make everything from scratch and with lots of love. We support local farms and strive to use organic ingredients when possible. We offer specialty vegan cuisine to curious Calgarians looking to try something new and unique.
