Recommended Uses

Ginger essential oil is known to be analgesic and antispasmodic. It may provide flatulence relief and improve circulatory function. It is known to be an expectorant and stimulant, with warming properties that may help ease symptoms of arthritis, muscle fatigue, numbness, menstrual cramps, gastrointestinal spasm, nausea, morning sickness, colds, chills and sinus congestion. Ginger oil may also help relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Emotionally, Ginger oil may help ease nervousness and mental exhaustion.
