Jess is a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer in the Calgary area. She is right in the middle of the menopause transition and loves to support and connect with people around important health issues. She is inspired by being outdoors and recreates in the mountains as much as possible.

- If you cannot make your class, you must give us at least 1 week (7 days) notice in order to receive a full refund for your booking. We are also happy to reschedule you to a new date and time if the schedule allows.
- Cancellations between 6 days - 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are eligible for a move to a future date, or receive a store credit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund or credit.
- If you are sick and unable to attend, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your participation. Please do not come to class sick.
