The Apothecary is thrilled to host Jess of Hello Menopause as she welcomes you to a light-hearted, but informative session designed to help partners better understand the physical, emotional and relationship changes that can accompany menopause.
Using the characteristics of different Scotch Whiskey as a frame work, participants will gain insight into the menopausal experience, learn practical ways to offer meaningful support, and explore how understanding can strengthen connection during this transition.
Note that no actual alcohol will be served at this event, but feel free to bring your own!

Jess is a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer in the Calgary area. She is right in the middle of the menopause transition and loves to support and connect with people around important health issues. She is inspired by being outdoors and recreates in the mountains as much as possible.

- If you cannot make your class, you must give us at least 1 week (7 days) notice in order to receive a full refund for your booking. We are also happy to reschedule you to a new date and time if the schedule allows.
- Cancellations between 6 days - 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are eligible for a move to a future date, or receive a store credit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund or credit.
- If you are sick and unable to attend, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your participation. Please do not come to class sick.
