Recommended Dose

Adults: Adults: Take 1-2 capsules two times daily. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.

Cautions and Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives, hormone replacement therapy, blood thinners, heart medications, or antidepressants; if you have diabetes, a heart condition, or a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble; if you have a serious or major conditions, any type of acute infection, deficiency or excess. Do not use: if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or attempting to conceive unless you have consulted with a health care practitioner; if you have bipolar disorder, bipolar spectrum disorder, or a seizure disorder (e.g. epilepsy); if you have diarrhea, haemorrhagic diseases or heavy periods. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.

Known Adverse Reactions: Consumption with alcohol or other medications with sedative properties is not recommended. When taking this product, avoid exposure to sun. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or new symptoms develop such as breast pain or any changes in menstrual cycle, irritability or insomnia, diarrhea, stomach irritation and/or uterine bleeding.
