1. Slice your vanilla pod lengthways to expose the seeds.
2. In a large pot mix together your bag of mulling spices, cinnamon sticks, dried orange slices, vanilla pod, fresh navel orange, honey (we recommend starting with half the jar and adding more to taste if necessary), and wine.
3. Cover and bring to a simmer on medium/low heat for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. After 30-45 minutes remove from heat and add the brandy.
5. Remove spices (optional), serve and enjoy!
