Come join local artist and natural dyer Amanda Lingwood for a hands-on introduction to natural bundle dyeing and the colours found in nature.
In this 3-hour, all-levels workshop, you’ll learn about different plants and the pigments they produce, and create your own silk scarf using botanicals, wood, and even insects.
All materials are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own plant materials to experiment with. Great options include onion skins (yellow or red), marigolds, dark red or pink flowers, and hollyhocks.

- If you cannot make your class, you must give us at least 1 week (7 days) notice in order to receive a full refund for your booking. We are also happy to reschedule you to a new date and time if the schedule allows.
- Cancellations between 6 days - 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are eligible for a move to a future date, or receive a store credit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund or credit.
- If you are sick and unable to attend, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your participation. Please do not come to class sick.
