Welcome to The Art & Science of Making Herbal Tea Workshop! This 2.5 hour course will teach you the basics of herbal tea and the different ways to prepare it. You’ll learn how to make blends for wellness, to enjoy with friends and family, and for daily self-care, all while learning herbs for teas with curiosity and creativity.
This workshop was created to introduce you to herbal tea foundations. This course covers three comprehensive lessons that will guide you from the basics of herbal tea to confidently crafting your own unique blends and recipes. You'll discover key water-extraction techniques in herbal medicine making, explore Materia medicas for commonly available herbs for tea blending, and learn the essentials of formulating teas for both flavour and wellness. With hands-on experience and sample recipes, you'll design your very own custom herbal tea blend.

- If you cannot make your class, you must give us at least 1 week (7 days) notice in order to receive a full refund for your booking. We are also happy to reschedule you to a new date and time if the schedule allows.
- Cancellations between 6 days - 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are eligible for a move to a future date, or receive a store credit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund or credit.
- If you are sick and unable to attend, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your participation. Please do not come to class sick.
