You will learn how to make vegan cheese and milk using nuts & seeds, and various serving options. Simple recipes, simple ingredients, delicious flavours.

- Almond Milk & Golden Milk
This is a demo class – there will be lots of samples during the class, and a goodie jar to take home. Limited spots available
- About the Instructor

Roni Zaide has been based in Calgary for the past 2 decades and is a vegan chef, food story teller, author of two cookbooks, and a cooking class instructor at Roni's Kitchen. She is passionate about sharing nutrient dense and delicious plant-based recipes and the stories behind them. Roni’s mission is to reconnect people with food, empower them through cooking, and help them feel more comfortable in their own kitchen.

- If you cannot make your class, you must give us at least 1 week (7 days) notice in order to receive a full refund for your booking. We are also happy to reschedule you to a new date and time if the schedule allows.
- Cancellations between 6 days - 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are eligible for a move to a future date, or receive a store credit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund or credit.
- If you are sick and unable to attend, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your participation. Please do not come to class sick.
