Mandala Colouring for Calm: A Creative Ritual for Inner Calm

A gentle creative ritual to take a break from endless scrolling, overthinking, and digital overload.

Bring a touch of mindfulness, creativity, and calm to your day with a 90-minute meditative art session where participants color hand-drawn mandalas designed to relax the mind and balance energy.

Facilitated by Calgary-based artist Sneha Kandhari, founder of Kalmeri Studio, a creative sanctuary for mindful art, soulful workshops, and self-expression. The session offers a gentle way for participants to reconnect with their inner stillness through colors.

Participants Will Experience:

• A meditative art journey that restores inner calm
• Emotional grounding and creative flow through color
• Connection and stillness in a serene group setting

No art experience is needed. All materials are provided.

About the Facilitator

Sneha Kandhari, founder of Kalmeri Studio (@kalmeristudio), is a Calgary-based artist, writer, and mindful art facilitator. She guides individuals in using mandalas as a tool for emotional clarity, stress relief, and creative reconnection.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cannot make your class, you must give us at least 1 week (7 days) notice in order to receive a full refund for your booking. We are also happy to reschedule you to a new date and time if the schedule allows.
• Cancellations between 6 days - 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are eligible for a move to a future date, or receive a store credit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund or credit.
• If you are sick and unable to attend, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your participation. Please do not come to class sick.
