Mandalas—sacred circular patterns found across cultures—symbolize wholeness, balance, and harmony. Creating them isn’t about perfection, but about presence. As you draw, layer, and play with shapes, you’ll discover a calming, screen-free ritual that helps soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, and invite clarity.
No art experience is needed. All materials are provided.

Sneha Kandhari, founder of Kalmeri Studio (@kalmeristudio), is a Calgary-based artist, writer, and mindful art facilitator. She guides individuals in using mandalas as a tool for emotional clarity, stress relief, and creative reconnection.

- If you cannot make your class, you must give us at least 1 week (7 days) notice in order to receive a full refund for your booking. We are also happy to reschedule you to a new date and time if the schedule allows.
- Cancellations between 6 days - 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are eligible for a move to a future date, or receive a store credit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund or credit.
- If you are sick and unable to attend, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your participation. Please do not come to class sick.
